Welcome to 10xwin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 10xwin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 10xwin website at https://10xwin.cam and all related services, content and features made available thereon.

10xwin is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for Pakistani users. By accessing or using any part of the 10xwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform. Your continued use after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 10xwin immediately via the support contact if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

10xwin shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their credentials, or where the User disclosed credentials to a third party.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable all available security features, including two-factor authentication where offered.
• Promptly report any suspected unauthorised access or suspicious account activity to the support team.
• Keep your registered contact details — email address, phone number — current and accurate at all times.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; (c) absence of pending investigation or account restriction; and (d) compliance with the minimum withdrawal thresholds displayed in the cashier.

Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. 10xwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal of significant value. Processing windows are indicative only; actual timings depend on third-party provider operations.

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are fully met.
• 10xwin reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per period where applicable.
• Withdrawal requests may be voided where account investigations are ongoing. Funds will be held in escrow during active investigations.

All bets and gaming activity are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, sport or game type, as published in the platform's help and rules sections. Users are expected to familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing wagers.

10xwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, placed using corrupted odds due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances that constitute a manifest error. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the user's account. 10xwin is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches and other international fixtures — 10xwin follows standard cricket betting settlement rules. Specific rules for rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and abandoned fixtures are detailed in the sports-specific rules documentation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10xwin platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI systems to access, interact with or exploit the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts individually or in coordination with others to exploit promotional structures.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money, fund illegal activities or transact with proceeds of crime.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity during registration or KYC.
• Interfering with or circumventing the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider-information exploitation in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Violation of any prohibited conduct clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

All content on the 10xwin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to 10xwin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 10xwin.

The 10xwin name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary. Use of 10xwin branding without authorisation is strictly prohibited. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10xwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits or revenue; (b) loss of data; (c) business interruption losses; (d) indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or 10xwin had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10xwin does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical disruption. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 10xwin will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally feasible.

10xwin is committed to responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Users are encouraged to use all available responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, accessible through the account dashboard.

10xwin does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the SBP, any provincial government, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other Pakistani institution or financial provider. References to payment channels are informational and do not constitute endorsement claims.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations and restrictions before registering and participating in gambling activities through 10xwin.

10xwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting user rights, financial conditions or account eligibility — 10xwin will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address associated with the user's account or via a visible notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the support team before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10xwin's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. Specific governing jurisdiction details are available upon request from the support team and will be confirmed to users in writing if required.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith correspondence in the first instance. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, they shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licence conditions.

These Terms do not affect any mandatory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction to the extent such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
